Acceptable use policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This policy describes what you can't do with AverizOS. It applies to everyone using the Service, on every plan. Violating this policy can result in suspension or termination of your account under our Terms of Service.

You may not use AverizOS to:

  • Break the law — including fraud, money laundering, or facilitating any illegal transaction or business.
  • Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive marketing (including fake reviews, fake urgency/scarcity claims, or misleading advertising claims).
  • Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Generate content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits, license checks, or usage restrictions (for example, sharing a single license across accounts it wasn't issued to, or bypassing niche-switch limits).
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying source code, models, or non-public APIs of the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to build a product that competes with AverizOS.
  • Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or otherwise interfere with the Service's operation or security.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates the applicable AI provider's usage policies, including Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI policies for the model and key you use.
  • Use the Service to make financial, medical, or legal decisions on behalf of others without appropriate professional oversight — the crew is a productivity tool, not a licensed advisor.

Your responsibility for agent actions

AverizOS can prepare business work and may add external actions as integrations mature. The current beta labels simulated actions and does not send them. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it in communications, advertising, ecommerce, or any other real-world or financial decision.

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy, contact averizos@proton.me. We review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of this policy.

This document is a practical starting point, not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction — especially before processing real payments at scale. Bracketed placeholders (like [Legal Entity Name]) must be filled in with your actual business details before this is relied on as a binding agreement.
